I am Suman Mandal, a passionate User Experience Designer creating seamless digital experiences at Genpact in Bangalore, India
With a blend of creativity and technical expertise, I provide solutions that users need. I specialize in understanding user needs and designing inclusive designs for all platforms including Power BI.
I approach each problem with a focus on the users and their pain points. I try to apply different perspectives to the user’s problems and provide better solutions that enhance the product experience.
I have experience conducting user research, creating information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, creating design systems, and prototyping. I strive to keenly look at the minute details and create engaging and accessible experiences for the users.
I have worked as an Individual Contributor as well as with a Team. I have experience as a Team Leader and exposure to client handling. I want to create experiences that solve user’s problems and make their life simple and easy to navigate in this chaotic world.
Skills & Interests
My areas of expertise include product design, visual design, conducting research, data visualization, and creating design systems.
The design tools I have used are Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Zeplin. I am learning Spline so that I can create 3D experiences for users.
I have experience in Accessibility and also creating visualizations for Power BI.
